- Last year, a global apparel and lifestyle company hired me to design and deliver a learning program. They had a phenomenal company culture that centered around surfing, skating, and snowboarding. At that stage in the organization, they were experiencing unprecedented change after the sale of the business. At the time, they were struggling with communication.
