- Last year, a global apparel and lifestyle company hired me to design and deliver a learning program. They had a phenomenal company culture that centered around surfing, skating, and snowboarding. At that stage in the organization, they were experiencing unprecedented change after the sale of the business. At the time, they were struggling with communication. I created a learning program that would help them improve their communication and leadership skills. Here are three key factors you can incorporate when designing your program. First, decide which trainings are needed. By this point, you've assessed your company goals and the needs of your managers and team members. Now you should use those goals to determine which trainings will help them gain the skills to fill in the gaps.
