- [Instructor] If you work in a large organization, especially one where users are positioned across multiple physical locations, you'll likely be called on to manage those computers remotely. Even if all the computers you manage are in a single location, like an office building, you can't always be on site to resolve problems in person either. There are several tools available in Windows 11 for managing computers remotely. There's Quick Assist and Remote Assistance, Remote Desktop, Windows PowerShell and Computer Management. Quick Assist on the left and Remote Assistance on the right are good options when you only need to provide a little bit of help to an end user, such as showing them how to open a file, access a program, print to a printer, or resolve problems with the task bar or desktop.
