Upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11
- [Brien] Upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 is a relatively simple process. To begin the upgrade, click on the Start button. Next, go to Settings, click on Update & Security, and if necessary, click on Check for updates. In this particular case, you can see that the Windows 11 Insider Preview is currently being installed. Incidentally, this video is being recorded prior to the final release of Windows 11, but when Windows 11 is eventually released, upgrading will work in exactly the same way. You'll simply open up Windows Update, check for updates, and Windows 11 will be installed as a part of the update process, assuming that your machine meets the necessary hardware requirements. And so, at this point, all we have to do is click on Restart now. And so with that, the upgrade process has completed. And when we sign in, we can see that the machine has indeed been updated to Windows 11. So that's how you upgrade…
