Click Bluetooth and devices and see what we have. Here, you have access to your Bluetooth devices, devices connected to your network, including tablets and displays, printers and scanners, your phone, cameras, your mouse, and more. Let's look at printers and scanners. Notice you can add a device here. You can see, I already have several devices listed. I'll click my HP printer. Here are the options I see. What you see when you click these, if you see the same options at all, will likely vary. From printer properties for instance, I can set both sharing and permissions.
