- [Instructor] No matter what type of network you have or how many users, you'll have devices to manage. If you're a single user, you can manage those devices from settings. Click Bluetooth and devices and see what we have. Here, you have access to your Bluetooth devices, devices connected to your network, including tablets and displays, printers and scanners, your phone, cameras, your mouse, and more. Let's look at printers and scanners. Notice you can add a device here. You can see, I already have several devices listed. I'll click my HP printer. Here are the options I see. What you see when you click these, if you see the same options at all, will likely vary. From printer properties for instance, I can set both sharing and permissions. And if you have an advanced tab, you can choose when the printer is available, you can set spooling options and set printing defaults. You can also configure printing preferences.…
