Create a numbered list in Word
- [Instructor] When you want to list items in your Word document and order is important, you'll probably want to switch from a bulleted list to a numbered list. That's what we're going to do in this movie, continuing with our Red30 conference document, 06_02. If you need to get caught up, we left off here on page two under careers in artificial intelligence, and we have the top careers listed here, four of them at least. But let's go to that subheading where it says top careers, and click right before the C and type in the number five and leave a space, so top five careers in AI. And in this case, the order might be important. So let's start by changing it from bullets to numbers, and then we'll add that fifth one where it belongs. The first step is to select the content. Again, we can't select the bullet, but we can click and drag from software engineer to the end of design engineer at the bottom. With those selected, the formatting toolbar pops up and has the same options we see up…
