Before you dive into the heart of the course, let's go over a few things that will help you get the most out of it. This course is intended for customer service professionals who serve angry or upset customers. If you're a customer service leader, trainer or small business owner, this course will give you tools and techniques that you can share with your team. Now, I do want to give you one word of caution. No matter how hard you try, there's always somebody who won't be happy. When Ben and Jerry's has their free ice cream day, a few people actually find a reason to complain.
