Congratulations on reaching the end of this course. You've now discovered skills to prevent customers from getting upset, making upset customers feel better and learning from your experiences. You can't make everyone happy, but you can try to make every upset customer feel better at the end of the interaction than they did at the beginning. If you downloaded the learning plan worksheet at the start of this course, now is a good time to come back to it and reflect on what you've learned.
