Assisting professionals & leaders within the medical device industry | Managing Talent Partner

Only 15% of med tech exec sales leaders are women, yet their impact is significant. In honor of International Women’s Day tomorrow, rather than dwelling on disparities, let’s celebrate the brilliant women I’ve recently spoken to and their achievements: 🔹 M - Scaled a neuromodulation start up as their first commercial leader, created comp plans, designed territories, to now a team of 100+ sales staff covering the US. Revenue is now $100M+. 🔹 T - Co-founded a capital medical aesthetics devices company and personally achieved $4M in sales in 2 years, to then sell the company. 🔹 D - Took her Southern State in a neurovascular company from $0 - $55M which was 15% of National revenue from just her 1 State. 🔹 F - Initiated the first dental division for a laser medical device company and scaled team which now accounts for 33% of national revenue. 🔹 T - 1st commercial leader in an orthopedics company and was crucial to getting investors on board, raising a total of $5.8M. They now have FDA clearance and commercialized in the US. Although women only fill 15% of those exec level sales roles (according to Linkedin insights), they’re definitely making an impact! If there are any Co-Founders or CEOs reading who would like to speak with one of these exceptional women, message me and I’ll tee up a conversation between you both. Happy International Women’s Day 2025. #internationalwomensday
