PingAn announced the same transition...over 10 years ago. Good to see Allianz adopting the same strategy, at last. Not quite a 'fast' follower, and will need to tackle the ABS culture to successfully transform.

Need lot more work in this industry beyond customer service n some on uw n claims, theres massive potential n how insurers work with agencies, brokers, kill pdf n excel, but ya at least things are moving!!
