How I ran my health into the ground building my company: • Worked 20-hour days nonstop • Slept 4 hours after a beer • Ate garbage at my desk • Ignored weird pains • Never exercised or took long walks What happened: • Shingles in my face at 26 • Mystery back pain and stress-related issues • Compressed spine from hunching over screens • Body breaking down before 30 What I'd do now: • Block time for a personal trainer • Tell my team: "I'm at the gym 7-8am daily" • Take calls on long walks outdoors. Eat whole foods • Treat 10k+ steps and lifting weights as non-negotiable • Step away from the screen instead of brute-forcing it I’ve watched too many friends work themselves into ruin. I know too many folks who would spend millions of dollars in a heartbeat if it meant getting their vitality back. Guard your health or lose everything else. __________________ Clip from my pod with Lawrence Sprung, https://lnkd.in/e8ej3d5M

Wise words and exactly the type of rhetoric we need right now.
Great message Adam ♥️
Hard truth: health isn’t a “nice to have” but it’s your runway. Burn it and the business burns with it.
Honestly, blocking time for a trainer might be the smartest investment I never made.
Thank you for sharing your health journey
