While healthy skepticism is important, this mindset often leads to hesitation in implementation and low user adoption—a huge missed opportunity.   Instead of focusing on AI’s limitations, let’s double down on what it excels at and grow our skills as the technology evolves.   Here’s a practical example from my own work:   My primary role is customer-facing, helping clients solve complex business challenges. As we’ve started rolling out Microsoft’s AI tools, I’ve been testing them in my own workflows before encouraging others to adopt them.
