1moThis gives me a bit of hope for Afiniti. I don’t know Jerome Kapelus personally, but he’s the first executive I’ve heard speak to what I believe is the company’s real strength—its deep contact center expertise. As someone who paid the price for speaking out and highlighting exactly this, I’ll be watching closely to see if the deeper issues are finally addressed and if real change follows.
