Africa Agility Foundation’s Post

Day 6 of our IncubateH3R incubation program for female African founders was all about unlocking one of the most critical pillars of startup success: traction and structure 🚀 Guided by our trainer, Joshua Theophilus, MBA, CSPO®, today’s session took a deep dive into what it truly means to gain traction as a startup. We explored the different types of traction—from customer acquisition and strategic partnerships to revenue growth, product adoption, and user engagement—and how each plays a vital role in proving that a business is on the right track. But it didn’t stop there. Joshua emphasized that without the right structure—the systems, processes, and frameworks that hold everything together—even the best traction can easily fizzle out. We’re equipping women with the tools, strategies, and mindset to build resilient, scalable startups. 💡✨ Stay tuned as we continue empowering female founders across Africa, and join us in supporting the incredible innovations they’re creating! #AfricaAgility #IncubateH3R #FemaleFounders
