Horizon Strategies is seeking an All-Source Analysis/Air Force ISR SME. The SME will embed with a country team to facilitate the development of a partner nation intelligence data fusion center (IDFC) thru quarterly in-country engagements and virtual intersessional support. The first engagement is scheduled for 28 July-1 August 2025. Submit interest ar this link https://lnkd.in/gJVHA2t6 Start Date: The first engagement is scheduled for 28 July-1 August 2025 Location: Monthly work is remote (from home), with quarterly travel to the partner nation location (TBP) Level of Effort: The team anticipates approximately 30 hours/month of intersessional support, with that increasing to 80 hours/month during months with in-country engagements. The first engagement is scheduled for a one-week period during the window of 28 July-1 August 2025. A follow-on engagement is anticipated in September 2025, with expected continuation into 2026. The SME will have the following responsibilities: Support the team as lead for intelligence-related ICB challenges within the partner nation forces Assist the team lead with analyzing the operational environment and partner capabilities related to current and future threats Facilitate discussions, lead advisory sessions with the partner that drive participation and result in productive outputs and outcomes Document discussions held during virtual and in-person meetings The SME should have the following qualifications: Significant intelligence analysis experience Significant experience in U.S. Air Force ISR analysis and operational tasking Experience working with allies and partners at the operational and strategic level Expertise with Air Domain Awareness and integration of air data and information Experience with Air Operation Centers command and control and methods of data collection, analysis, and dissemination Desired qualifications: Experience as a strategist in senior headquarters: joint, multi-national or interagency, either operationally or institutionally (DESIRED) Experience in strategic assessment and evaluation of strategy, plans, and operations and assessment of risk (DESIRED) Knowledge of virtual environment facilitation techniques and tools (DESIRED) Strong analytical skills and excellent skills in interpreting and drafting a broad range of documents (DESIRED) Familiarity with other Indo-Pacific maritime activities, operations and objectives (DESIRED) Familiarity with U.S. Security Cooperation and Institutional Capacity Building (ICB) (DESIRED) Interested candidates must have: Valid Security Clearance (SECRET minimum) Valid passport with expiration date thru at least 31 JAN https://lnkd.in/gJVHA2t6
