It isn’t a secret in the #workerscompensation industry that Bardavon worked through a season of change and transition during 2023. Businesses can strive to be too many things, targeting too many constituents. And while new market pursuits are always exciting (and attractive) they can also be distracting to what really matters. Like others before us, we stumbled here. Over the past year we’ve been maturing, growing, learning, listening...and as a leadership team asked ourselves the simplest of questions...what is it that really matters and who do we live to serve? As we took a step back, it was all very clear. What matters are the Carriers, Employers, TPAs and injured workers we’re privileged to serve in the industry; ensuring we meet their needs; in partnership with our fantastic national network of PT/OT providers. To this end, we’ve made important changes to Bardavon’s operating model, making us more in-line with industry norms and expectations…while also working through an overall narrowing of priorities (leaving only what really matters). Going forward, Bardavon is focused on one thing – being the best physical medicine network for prospective PT/OT needs in the Workers’ Compensation Industry – built to meet the needs and market expectations of our clients and differentiating through our high-touch support of the injured worker. While we’ve made some important updates to how we operate, the core of our company is unchanged from its founding by Matthew Condon – we create value for stakeholders through an excellent clinical oversight and engagement program, aided by a one-of-a kind clinically integrated network. And we strive to give our payer partners the best “midwest nice” customer service you’re ever going to see. Today’s a great day as we begin the roll-out of our new brand refresh that includes an updated mission, vision, tagline, logo treatment and brand promise, tailored to the clients and industry we serve. Please take a read of the blog and join me in celebrating ALL the great work taking place in the #workerscompensation industry we call home…where Bardavon strives to live our new tagline: “Your Workforce. Their Livelihood. Our Priority."
Introducing the next chapter of Bardavon! We are excited to enter the next era of Bardavon with a renewed commitment to workers’ compensation. As a leading PT/OT network dedicated to healing and restoring injured workers coast-to-coast, our refreshed brand identity reflects our ongoing determination to provide exceptional care and a seamless experience for all stakeholders from intake to discharge. ⭐ OUR NEW OUTLOOK ⭐ ➕ Mission: To foster collaboration among stakeholders, optimize return-to-work outcomes, and guide injured workers on their path to recovery by providing exceptional patient-centered care and innovative solutions. ➕ Vision: To be the premier network provider of PT/OT services, working alongside our stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for each injured worker. ➕ Logo: To visually represent this renewed focus, we've redesigned our brand mark. The "b" symbol, now divided into three sections, symbolizes the interconnectedness of all parties: payors, injured workers, and providers. ➕ Tagline: "Your workforce. Their livelihood. Our priority," underscores our unwavering commitment to the injured worker, their recovery, and our stakeholders throughout the return-to-work process. We can’t wait to continue serving the workers’ compensation industry with an enhanced focus and a fresh look.
