“Use your data” sounds great. But in logistics, data is scattered, incomplete, or buried inside tools that don’t talk to each other. Here’s the reality: you can’t empower teams unless the data is complete, connected, and fast to access. By combining WMS, operational, and brand-side data, you can create a single layer teams can actually work with. From there, it’s about the tools—analytics, AI, automation—but none of that matters if the foundation isn’t there. If your team is still piecing together reports or spending hours chasing down numbers, it’s not a data problem. It’s a systems problem. And it’s solvable.

Many teams think they have a ‘data problem,’ when in reality it’s a systems and integration problem. Until data is unified, accessible, and reliable, no amount of AI or analytics will deliver real value. The foundation always comes first. Thank you for this insights Alon Partuk
