Every so often at Civis Analytics I’m reminded how unique this place is. Today, I’m struck by the velocity of our small but mighty product and engineering team. At Civis's internal Product Status Review today, the team: + Announced support for Redshift Serverless. + Celebrated the GA release of Taxonomer, our iterative, human-in-the-loop AI tool for qualitative research at scale. + Beta launched an IDE for dbt development, now expanding into a general-purpose cloud coding environment. + Internally released a Civis MCP server, enabling AI models to interact directly with data and workflows. + Walked through the process of securing FedRAMP Moderate Authorization, a huge milestone for clients with the highest security needs. + Re-architected systems in ways that will save us $100k+ annually in infrastructure costs (we are a lean company that values bottom line as much as top line.) At past places I’ve worked (with development teams 5 times larger), any of these items would have been a massive accomplishment. It’s an exciting time to be building at Civis, and I’m proud to be part of a team that consistently punches above its weight.
Wow nice new feature set some of Redshift serverless and more cost optimization. Amazing folks!

When I was at Civis, I loved the ambition of the place and how they'd consistency punch above their weight class. Good stuff.
