Shobhit joins us from IBM, where he led their AI, Data & Automation business for IBM Consulting across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. His deep experience driving major AI transformations at large organizations makes him an incredible addition to our team. In this new role, Shobhit will partner with leaders across businesses, functions and the Technology team to lead our efforts to responsibly scale AI capabilities across Citi.
