Some solid insights in the latest BCO report on how office space is being used right now. Peak days (Tues–Thurs) are sitting at just 66% utilisation, well below the old 80% benchmark. Whole-week average is down to 30%. Finance and legal are using their space better than most, and London is lagging behind other UK cities. The numbers back up what we’re seeing on the ground. It’s why flexible layouts, shared spaces, and smart planning matter more than ever in fit-outs.
