Welding carved its own organic path for me, and it's always came back to me no matter what I've pursued in my it plays a major role in all of America's infrastructure, manufacturing, everything we do. It is an old world art where it's becoming more and more necessary. Again. The tradition of welding has stayed the same since the very beginning, and I respect that. Start here. I work here at Antora. I'm a senior R&D technician on the research and development team. My name is Elijah. I'm a production technician on the production floor here at Antora, and I'm Isaac. I never thought I'd be working with my dad. Honestly, learning from him is cool. Now in my life as a teenager, obviously you're like, ohh, I don't wanna listen to him. Aside from a generational call. Like genetically I'm predisposition to be a welder. Like it almost feels natural to me to want to do that because I'm the third generation. Passing those skills on to him is very important to me. It's definitely a rewarding feeling as a parent to work with your child, seeing him every day and seeing him improving and growing here in the workplace. It's been a great experience. Something that I always try to strive to be kind of, I guess, like my dad is to mimic his work ethic in every sense. So here at Antora, we're making thermal batteries, which will essentially help other manufacturers here across the United States make products and deliver them here in America. This technology excites me. We're the first people to kind of do this process and create such a large scale thermal battery for manufacturing application. You can create clean energy for a small operation or your house very easily. But the issue nowadays is at the large scale. How do we change the way every other manufacturing facility is creating heat and power in the world? It's a great feeling to think like one day my welds are going to be on a thermal battery. That state-of-the-art technology and is changing the world. The impact of our work here at Inspira is creating a better future for ourselves but also everyone else in the world.
