You cannot do anything truly “out of the box” with AI. Because AI is built on what everyone is already doing right now. It is trained on existing patterns, past data, and collective behavior. Which means: - It can accelerate execution - It can improve efficiency - It can even give you fresh combinations of old ideas But true originality? That still comes from human insight. AI reflects the present. Humans imagine the future. The people who win will not be the ones who only prompt better, but the ones who can feed AI with original thinking it cannot generate on its own. #AI #innovation

Are we losing the ability to think critically because of AI? It’s a fair concern. But from what I’ve seen, using AI well, especially generative AI, actually demands more critical thinking, not less. Just as you can’t delegate tasks effectively without understanding the work yourself, you can’t get meaningful output from AI without first doing the mental heavy lifting of breaking down the problem. Everyone is rushing into AI. But here’s the truth: AI is a multiplier. If your process is broken, AI multiplies the mess. If your process is clear, AI multiplies the results. When I speak with SMEs, my advice is always the same. Clarity comes first. See where your business is leaking time and money. Fix that foundation. Then bring in AI to scale what works. I’m a strong advocate of AI. Still, like any tool, it delivers only when the foundation is solid. It’s not “AI vs process.” It’s “process before AI.” That order changes everything.
