"AI rejected my application!" "The ATS bot rejected me." We hear this a lot, and I see it more on LinkedIn. The reality is, the world of hiring is changing quickly, new tools can do more, and when combined with a very challenging labour market, it's easy to imagine a dystopian future of robot rejections. There is a huge opportunity, as was pointed out by Benjamin and Theodore from BrightHire - to be transparent with candidates about how you're using AI, but also what you expect from them. Lattice recently shared theirs with a fantastic post and update to their career site, and it was a good reminder to me to share our approach again. https://lnkd.in/gcWkAy6S #GenAI #AIinHiring

Random fun fact. The AI Robot images were made by a CustomGPT that uses our company brand style guides. Because I'm also immature, I designed it to include Zoolander references and jokes in its responses. Sometimes the little things make life more fun.

Brilliant work Bradley Clark. Your employer brand voice shines thru in how this is written. AND for clearing the air to say all applications are read by humans!

Love this transparency Bradley, you absolutely always go above and beyond to be the top 1% of recruiters when it comes to being human and setting the benchmark for how to appreciate humans and what they have to offer

This kind of transparency is rare and so powerful. It builds trust, strengthens brand, and sets a bar others will likely follow.
