A shift for our CX Support team. 🚀 We’ve moved beyond traditional CSAT surveys, where we only measured satisfaction if a customer completed a post-conversation survey. Now, we’re using an AI-powered CX Score that evaluates every meaningful conversation. Why make the change? Because relying on a handful of survey responses gave us an incomplete picture. With this new approach, we can see the full scope of customer sentiment, across all interactions, whether with a team member or an AI assistant. For me, this feels like a step forward in how we measure and improve customer experience. It gives us more accurate insights, a clearer sense of where we’re strong, and where we can do better.
