Manual vouchers are eating up more money than they save. When I started my journey in finance, one of the most frustrating tasks was preparing manual vouchers. Every day meant piles of paper, repeated data entry, and chasing signatures for approvals. At first, I thought, “This is just how it works.” But over time, I realized the real cost: Endless hours spent on clerical work Errors that slipped in despite multiple checks Approval delays that slowed down reporting And honestly, it felt like the finance team was doing more “paper pushing” than actual value-adding work. 💡 That’s when I started thinking: What if we redesigned this process like a product? Imagine this: Vendors are given access to a simple APK (mobile app). They just click a picture of the invoice and upload it. The system automatically extracts the data (using OCR/AI), Routes it directly into the ERP, And pushes it into the approval workflow for the right manager to review. No repetitive typing. No lost papers. No bottlenecks. ✅ The outcome?
