On Sunday, 16 crews, consisting of approximately 110 dedicated workers, conducted essential upgrades and maintenance across several systems, including transmission lines, substations, distribution infrastructure, and vegetation management. This coordinated effort enabled us to complete high-priority work that will significantly improve reliability for the 14,000 customers who depend on the radial line from north of Kamloops to McBride. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our customers for their patience during the outage necessary for our crews to safely perform this important work.
It's great to see such a well-coordinated effort to enhance reliability for so many customers. Kudos to the teams for their hard work and dedication. It’s always a challenge to balance necessary outages, and the appreciation for customer patience really shows your commitment. Keep it up!
Perfect day for it!
