📖 Today, we're launching a number of new customization options for interview briefings in Ashby. With these, you will be able to share a lot more context about a candidate with the interview panel. Now you can pull in additional information, such as the job posting for the role they are interviewing for, details about prior take-home assignments, and the submitted application form. We also expanded our ability to include custom fields in the briefing to support job custom fields, as well as candidate custom fields. The inclusion of job postings and take-homes will turn on by default by September 1. You can opt in early or opt out of these changes in the admin settings, giving you complete control over how to roll this out.
