From launching a new career development tool that helps employees grow with intention, to building one of the world’s largest consumer platforms, our team is driving impact at scale. We spotlighted innovations like web ordering and how we’re personalizing experiences for our customers. And just as importantly, we showcased how restaurant technology is evolving: smarter kitchen operations, enhanced crew tools, and automation technology that helps our restaurants serve hotter, fresher food, faster.     A special thanks to Morgan Flatley for joining us and sharing how marketing and technology are coming together to elevate the customer experience. While it’s exciting to see how McDonald’s is leveraging technology to transform both customer and crew experiences, one area worth continued focus is post-order support, especially with third-party delivery platforms. As digital ordering grows, customers feel stuck in a frustrating loop between the restaurant, customer care, and delivery partners. Streamlining that experience would go a long way in preserving trust and loyalty.
