My third career era began this week. Working title, “Educator.” I’ve taken up a role as the Business and Marketing Pathway Instructor at Delta High School in Denver. I’m feeling excited, grateful, invigorated, nervous, and so many other things as I launch into a new career that I’ve thought about since I deviated from my secondary education degree 25 years ago. Brand and comms folks, please keep me in mind for contract opportunities, including reputation management and crisis comms, events, and other special projects. I’ll remain active in the field and would love to hear about your needs as they come up, all year and especially in the summer. I’ll also be looking for speakers to visit with our students throughout the year, and you might hear from me on this. Thank you to everyone I heard from during my “summer break.” It meant a lot, even to get a brief DM or text.
