It’s embarrassing when your kids ask you every day if you’ve found a job… “No, I interviewed 3 times with a company to be told I don’t have domain experience.” It’s getting old. You want someone to help your company figure out how to sell in the US with limited resources? I’m your guy. You want unfiltered product feedback from prospects/customers. I’m your guy. You want to build a repeatable sales engine. I’m your guy. PS. Your product needs to work or at least be honest with where it stands compared with the competition.
Let’s find some time to connect next week.
I feel this.
Commenting for reach, let's get you hired!
Why dont you start your own company and start as an outsourced sales resource for companies. Same job better payment and you can work for multi companies.. Or consult to them for their existing teams.
Brian, your kids don’t see you as embarrassing they see you as their superhero. Every time you keep pushing forward despite setbacks, you’re showing them what real strength and perseverance look like. They’ll remember that long after this job search is over.
Business is booming, I'm always looking to hire recruiters.
Use it as an opportunity to teach your kids about mindset and grit. Change the kids focus from you finding a job to the blessing of being able to spend so much time with them Condider seeking out a coach to help you with the search process
Sorry to hear that man. I know multiple guys who have many, many years of experience in a specific domain, interviewing for a job they've done for years, and still not getting through 5-6 rounds. The process is brutal right now. Hoping you find something soon.
Keep pushing brother 🤜
