One of the absolute best parts of Stanford GSB Executive Education is the absolutely stunning classmates. Early in the program we learned from Professors Melissa Jones Briggs Matt Abrahams and Dan Klein executive communication, presence and power. This really opened all of our eyes to just how powerful we can be as leaders with the right voice, tone and body language. We learned how to structure communication, how to use our voice and body to "power up" and how to "power down". Throughout the program we've had TED talks from executives in the program. I've got to hear some of the most amazing stories, epic delivery, and learn as much from these as the sessions. I also recently got a chance to give my own TED talk. It was a great opportunity to try and apply all the things we've learned about executive communication, presence and power.
