Canon USA’s Post

Cougars were largely eliminated from Yellowstone in the early 1900s due to predator-removal campaigns, but in recent years their population has begun to make a resurgence. Today, the park uses GPS collars and remote cameras to monitor the population and movements of these big cats. Canon is proud to be a longstanding supporter of Yellowstone Forever and the Yellowstone Cougar Project.
