𝗖𝗕𝗦 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 This past weekend, CBS Students sent a delegation of seven representatives to the Political Conference (PK), which was hosted at DTU - Technical University of Denmark. The conference brings together student organizations from across Denmark to debate and shape the national student voice. Our Vice President, Mikkel Andreassen, led our delegation in discussions on key topics affecting higher education. The main debate in this PK focused on DSF’s financial policy paper, which outlines DSF’s stance on how financing to universities should be structured and how educational institutions in Denmark should be funded. The discussions covered incentive structures for government funding, the role of students in research and investment decisions, and historical models for distributing research funding. PK is not just about policy - it is also about compromise, collaboration and understanding different perspectives. It was an inspiring and educational experience for our delegation, and we look forward to the next PK in Aarhus.
