R2-D2 C-3PO: Research for Robust Dislocation-Dense Ceramics via Cold Spray Collision Process Optimization. Funded by Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and collaborating with Florida International University - College of Engineering & Computing, University of Minnesota, Virginia Commonwealth University and Solvus Global, the team will use their deep knowledge on the optimization of additive manufacturing processes using AI to revolutionize the fracture toughness of ceramics.
