We're hiring: Partner | Early-Stage VC | Full-Time | Based in Germany or Scandinavia Climentum Capital is looking for a new Partner to join our investment team as we prepare to deploy Fund II. This is a core position in a focused European climate fund backing hard tech for a new Europe. We’re looking for someone who brings conviction, a strong track record, and the experience to lead investments from sourcing through to exit. You’ve likely spent the past few years in early-stage VC, with a focus on climate, industrial, or deep tech, and you know what it takes to support founders through the hardest parts of building. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and driving new investments, working closely with founders, and helping shape the long-term direction of the fund. You’ll also play a key role in representing Climentum in the broader ecosystem and in future fundraising cycles. This is a Partner-level role with responsibility and influence.
