On Saturday, we hosted another edition of The CX Blueprint at Cowrywise HQ, themed “Breaking the Script: CX Beyond the Playbook.” Our speakers, Oluwatobi Ojo, Chigozie Ochuba, and Tega Orherhe reminded us of something powerful: Playbooks are important, but they’re not enough.
