Michael Komasinski, fascinating topic—this technology will disrupt not just retail media but all of e-commerce. Retailers might become fulfillment companies at some point. Do you expect every retailer to deploy its own agent replacing websites, or will independent, cross-retailer agents emerge to manage shopping for consumers? Amazon seems to push for a proprietary model, blocking 3P agents from data access, while Walmart goes the opposite way. Which approach wins?
