Why Curative's plan is better than an HSA

The curative plan is not HSA compatible. Our advice is that people should put their money in a 401K. There are very few people that are maxing out their 401K. If you're getting all of your healthcare at $0.00 out of pocket, there's no need for an HSA because there is nothing to spend the money on. Everything is already covered at 0. And people would be better off putting that money in a 401K and taking the better benefits. The challenge with the HSA plans is to be compatible, you'd have to have a deductible. And what we see is if you try to offer a high deductible plan alongside the $0.00 out of pocket, the problem is the young people all picked the headache plan. They still defer all of their care. They don't engage, they don't get any care until they get sick. And now they want to come on the $0.00 plan. What you really want to do is have everybody on the 0 so that. Everybody can engage ahead of time, proactively manage their health, and then they're not getting to that point when they're getting sicker and sicker and needing to engage in a higher plan. So you you wanna get everybody on the plan because that's how you actually proactively manage the population.
