Hello, my name is Sadie. I am the Director of People and Culture or Human Resources and Marketing here at Green Light Communities. I have been with Green Light for about 5 1/2 years and working with Cajun four or five years. And I would absolutely recommend Cajun and Cyber recruiters to anyone that is looking to fill positions. He has been exceptionally helpful to us in reducing the amount of time that it takes to find qualified candidates and overall creating a much more positive hiring experience for us and the candidates. I appreciated about occasion was that he would always give me a call, we would meet about exactly what we were looking for. Overtime he learned a lot about our company, about our owners, about our culture and could just tell from talking to candidates whether or not they would be a fit in that way. And also we would discuss thoroughly exactly what we were looking for in the position. And when he found a candidate that fit he's he sends over a very thorough work up answering any questions that he learned that I would have from looking at their. To me and immediately answering them straight out the gate. So there wasn't a lot of back and forth. I can read a report from Cajun on a candidate and no, yes or no if this candidate is going to be a fit for us. And usually it was a yes because he learned very quickly what we were looking for and what made a qualified candidate for us. So we really appreciate the amount of time that he saved us and also overall his positivity and problem solving ability. You know, sometimes you run into some issues of what the candidate. Versus what we're looking for, whether that's salary or travel assistance, a company vehicle, different things like that, that you run into where the expectations aren't completely aligned. And Cajun never lets that stop him. He speaks thoroughly to the candidate, to us. He offers suggestions, always incredibly helpful and never feels like he's, you know, just doing it for himself or just really trying to push a candidate on us. He's always trying to find the right person for us. So it is a long term fit for us and the candidate.
