🚨Some personal news!🚨 I'm really proud to say that I'm a recipient of an Alfred P. Sloan Foundation grant for my upcoming book about the neuroscience of transformative experiences. When I started listening to RadioLab years ago and first heard about Sloan, I never thought I'd be part of that family one day. Thank you to doron weber for believing in what I had to say, both personally and scientifically. Also to my publisher W. W. Norton & Company, Inc., my agents Ethan Bassoff and Jenna Free, my former editors at WSJ Elizabeth Seay and Stefanie Ilgenfritz, my family, friends, and finally all the people and scientists who have shared their time and personal stories with me! 🥳
