Longer is stronger. Using passphrases (like “twinkletwinkleLittleStar2521”) instead of short words can help protect you. Add a password manager, and you’re golden.

🛡️ Think your SPF setup is flawless? Think again. SPF failures happen more often than you realize—and they can send your emails straight to spam or block them entirely. ⚠️ Multiple SPF records, syntax errors, and DNS limits are the usual suspects. 📉 Ignoring these issues risks your email deliverability and domain reputation. Take control with clear SPF monitoring and troubleshooting with EasyDMARC. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/eahFwgdk Stay protected, stay trusted. #EasyDMARC #SPF #EmailSecurity #EmailDeliverability #DMARC #CyberProtection

🔑 Password or Passphrase: What’s the difference? Password: Usually short, often a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Looks like "P@ssw0rd1!" Passphrase: A longer string of words or a sentence that’s easier to remember but much harder to crack. Looks like "PurpleCoffeeMugUnderTheStars" 👉 Why it matters: Passphrases are typically stronger because length beats complexity. They’re easier for you to remember and harder for attackers to guess. 💡 Tip: Turn a sentence or random words into your login key. It’s like upgrading your lock from a padlock to a vault door.

Last week, I checked a company’s domain and noticed they didn’t have DMARC set up. To most people, that might sound like a small detail. But here’s what it really means: Anyone could send fake emails pretending to be them. Their real business emails had a higher chance of going to spam. They were losing trust without even knowing it. The scary part? Many businesses don’t realize this is happening. Setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC isn’t complicated, but it makes a huge difference. It’s like putting a proper lock on your front door instead of leaving it wide open. If you run a business and your emails sometimes end up in spam, it might be worth looking into your domain authentication. I’ve been helping people fix this — and it feels good seeing their emails finally land where they belong: in the inbox.
