Recently, a client reached out to ask us, “We are working on a big matter - with one of your competitors. We need to image a mobile device as soon as possible. It requires equipment that is more specialized than normal. The competitor has this capability, but not for two weeks, due to resource constraints. Can you and your team help us out in any way?" I immediately wrote to the client: I’ve got the team working on your collection problem. Warren is taking point. I’ve briefed him to: 1. Worry about the client first. 2. Worry about ‘helping a competitor’ second. 3. Worry about money last. Two hours later, we had a plan in place to do the work the next day, then hand off the critical evidence to our competitor. The client wrote back, "You guys are amazing. This is a Harvard Business Review study on being a trusted advisor. Thank you for being a great partner to us.” Life is good. iDiscovery Solutions #weareiDS #SubjectMatterExperts #DataStrategists #DataProblems
Amen, Brother! Get the client in the right place first, all the rest is just noise.

I can attest this is 100% accurate AKA the IDS way.
Operating in any other way does not make sense. Well handled!
Amen 🙏
#ClientFirst - I love that.
This is such an important message. Even if you have the intent, most companies simply are not built to be this responsive. Well done!
