💡 The AI Hiring Dilemma: Are Humans Doing All the Work for Bots? Candidates invest hours—sometimes days—crafting the “perfect” resume, tailoring every detail for a human reader. Yet, in many cases, AI systems are the gatekeepers, screening out talent before a single human ever reviews it. Meanwhile, recruiters and hiring managers expect full human effort from candidates but often rely on automated tools themselves to save time, sometimes bypassing the human judgment they ask for. According to a 2024 LinkedIn report, over 70% of recruiters use AI tools to pre-screen candidates. While these systems promise efficiency, they can inadvertently filter out qualified talent due to rigid keyword matches or formatting biases. As Tim Cook once said, “Technology alone is not enough—it’s technology married with liberal arts, married with the humanities, that yields us the results that make our hearts sing.” Yet, in recruitment, AI is often replacing nuance with numbers, leaving human effort undervalued. 🔹 Call to action: Share your experiences. Have you ever poured hours into a resume only to be rejected by an AI before a human ever saw it? 🤔 Question for the LinkedIn community: How can organizations balance AI efficiency with human judgment, ensuring both sides contribute fairly in the hiring process? #Hiring #Recruitment #AI #HRTech #CareerGrowth #FutureOfWork

🚀 Building the Future of Hiring with AI I’ve just completed an important phase of my project that’s reimagining how the hiring process can be automated with AI. I’ve completed the first phase of this project: 🔹 Built a website where candidates can submit their details in real-time 🔹 CVs are securely stored in the database (converted into binary with unique IDs + file extension) 🔹 Admins can view all submissions instantly 🔹 Integrated an API that sends candidate data and CV files to AI agents → the agents extract info, return a unique ID, and trigger automatic status updates 🔹 Admin can view which records were processed successfully or failed, along with timestamps This is just one portion of the project — much more exciting work is ahead: 🔹 AI will conduct candidate interviews 🔹 Evaluate performance across communication, technical, and problem-solving skills 🔹 Share results directly with HR to speed up decision-making 🔹 HR will be able to upload a Job Description (JD), and the candidate’s performance will be matched with the JD — sending the right candidate reports directly to the right HR This journey is just beginning, but it’s clear that AI-driven hiring systems have the potential to save time, reduce bias, and make recruitment smarter and more efficient. Excited to build the next steps and share progress along the way! 🙌 #ArroactTechnologies #SoftwareDevelopment #AIAgents #AI #Automation #FutureOfWork #Hiring #Innovation

Is AI Making Hiring Smarter….or Just Colder? We’ve entered a strange feedback loop in hiring. 💡Candidates use AI to craft their profiles, cover letters and interview prep 📊 Employers use AI to filter, rank and reject those same candidate profiles The result? An arms race where algorithms are quietly deciding who even gets a chance. The numbers say it all: 8️⃣0️⃣% of large companies now use AI-driven tools to sift applications 3️⃣0️⃣% of job seekers rely on generative AI for applications 6️⃣M+ applications have already been built using AI assistants 7️⃣5️⃣% of application never make it to a human eye - knocked out for This raises big questions. 1. Are we automating bias and exclusion faster than we’re fixing it? 2 Should candidates be trained to “write for machines” before they write for humans? 3. And what happens when AI is judging AI, without human oversight? One thing’s certain. The hiring process is being rewritten by code. The winners will be the companies (and candidates) who learn to navigate this new feedback loop with transparency, fairness, and smarter design. Has AI made hiring better, fairer, faster….or just colder? #FutureOfWork #AI #Recruitment #HRTech #ATS #Hiring

📢 The surge of AI-generated CVs and job applications is creating a new challenge for recruiters. A recent survey found: ⚠️ 44% of businesses have seen a spike in AI-driven or bot-submitted applications ⚠️ 30% report more low-quality submissions ⚠️ 29% say CVs are becoming too generic ⚠️ 23% worry about falsified skills or experience Instead of helping, AI is often slowing down hiring — making it harder to identify genuine talent. This is where Valitron.ai comes in. 🚀 We’re building AI that works with employers to: ✨ Pre-screen smarter and faster ✨ Filter real skills from generic AI fluff ✨ Verify experience and reduce falsification ✨ Deliver shortlists that focus on quality, not quantity Because hiring shouldn’t be a battle of bots. It should be about finding the right people, faster and fairer. ⚡ Valitron.ai: clarity in the age of AI hiring.
