Copilot items surge in 2025, but not all are categorized by Microsoft

It's interesting to see the increase from 2024 to 2025 in Copilot items, although not exactly surprising either. What’s more noteworthy, is how 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁-𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆, meaning the count of Copilot-related items is actually significantly higher. Just searching for 'Copilot' in the ChangePilot Portal showed me all Copilot-related items, not only those categorised by Microsoft as Copilot, and that produced 𝟯𝟴𝟳 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 - that's 𝟮𝟬𝟬+ 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁-𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 for the Copilot service owner to keep track of... #Microsoft365 #Copilot
