Fraudulent & Unprofessional – Beware of Decorpot Baner Branch
I regret trusting Decorpot – Baner Branch for my interior design work. After initial discussions, they took a hefty advance payment from me, assuring me that the work would start promptly. But after receiving the money, there was absolutely no progress.
Whenever I followed up, I was met with excuses and delays. Weeks passed, and still not a single step was taken towards starting my project. Eventually, when I demanded my money back, I was told they don’t have a policy to issue refunds, even though they never did any work for me.
This is highly unethical and unprofessional. It feels like they just took my money and decided not to deliver on their promises.
Trust is the foundation of any business, and Decorpot Baner has completely broken it.
