They say time flies when you're having fun -- or drinking from a firehose. I'm very excited to share that 6(?!) weeks ago I joined Microsoft's Identity and Network Access organization as a partner architect for the Identity, Authentication and Authorization team (Identity AuthN/Z). While much of this role touches on the same areas as I worked on at Google -- how do you build systems to let only the right users get access to the right things at the right time -- the breadth of both products and customers that Microsoft supports takes it to a whole other level. Expect me to still keep a hand in areas like passkey adoption, session binding and token theft protection, but I expect there to be a whole lot new as well. I’d really like to thank all the great people I’ve met so far at Microsoft; everyone has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. I’m really looking forward to see what we can do together!
Congrats Diana!
It's been awesome working with you the past few weeks and I'm looking forward to continued collaboration in the future. In just a few weeks, you've already left a significant impact on the organization!
Congratulations Diana!
Haha they got their signing key stolen, so of course they need you! They're so lucky to have you Diana, congrats!
Congrats Diana! You go from strength to strength.
Welcome aboard, Diana. It is wonderful to have you on the team and you have already helped us see things from a new perspective in the short time you have been here.
Congratulations and all the best Diana!
Congrats Diana!
Sounds great! Congratulations.
How much do you have to worry about on-prem Exchange servers and Active Directory ? I always assumed that's one challenging aspect quite unique to Microsoft...
