Amex Exploration Inc. (AMX-V) Amex provides Perron operations update in regards forest fire situation in Northern Québec On June 5, 2023, Amex reported that it has ceased exploration activities at the Perron project in accordance with a directive from the Ministère des Ressources Naturelles et des Forêts (Quebec Ministry of Natural Resources & Forest). Prohibitions regarding forest access on Crown lands and closed roads for reasons of public safety are mandatory in the Province of Québec. The SOPFEU is currently battling over >160 fires and the AEMQ (https://aemq.org/) has called for an immediate stop of mining exploration activities and evacuation of the territory to protect workers. Wow. Such a large area the majority of Quebec’s prospective areas shut down. I don’t remember when it’s been this bad anywhere in Canada. In my career only got shut down and evacuated. Red Lake 1980
