Start Building Products | B2B Marketing teams are still stuck in 2015, launching campaigns and dropping leads into nurture sequences while BTB buyers have completely changed how they evaluate solutions. We're treating complex B2B buying committees like individual leads moving through a funnel. We're measuring clicks and form fills instead of buying team activation. We're building assets and launching campaigns without asking if we're solving actual buyer problems. Meanwhile, the most effective marketing teams have stopped thinking like campaign managers and started thinking like product managers. THE DIFFERENCE IS FUNDAMENTAL. Campaign thinking asks "What should we launch next?" Product thinking asks "What problem are we solving and for whom?"
