That’s why, each quarter, we proudly present our Value in Practice (VIP) Awards to recognise those who truly embody what we stand for. This quarter, we’re giving a special shout-out to Alfredo Silva Jr from our US team. Alfredo demonstrated exceptional courage, integrity, and accountability when he provided life-saving first aid to two members of the public involved in a serious road accident near one of our project sites. His quick thinking, calming presence, and expert application of first aid training helped stabilise a critically injured individual, earning praise from both emergency first responders and medical professionals. Alfredo’s actions are a true reflection of what FairWind stands for. Well done Alfredo, we are lucky to have you.
