We’re excited to announce Alexandra Hof as Regional Head of Service for Northern Central Europe (NCE) - a new role created to support our regional growth strategy. Alexandra brings over 18 years’ experience in renewable energy, power generation, and cross-functional leadership. Most recently, she was Senior Product Management Leader for Offshore Wind Services at GE Vernova, where she defined strategy, aligned stakeholders, and delivered technology roadmaps that drove commercial impact across Europe. At FairWind, she will lead all aspects of the NCE service business, including financial performance and the full portfolio of service and maintenance projects - with a clear focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategy. Alexandra added: “I’m honoured to join FairWind at such a defining moment for the industry.
