Alex Hormozi got 1M+ people to register for his book launch 🤯 But here's the real lesson for your content game: He wasn't random. Every post, every email, every piece of content for MONTHS built up to one moment. One clear story: "Money models that get customers to spend more, faster, again and again." That's it. One message told a thousand different ways. Your content should work the same way: Pick ONE core message Tell it 50 different ways Repeat until they can't ignore you Stop confusing your audience with random content. Pick your lane and dominate it. What's your ONE message?

🚀 Blogs are powerful, but on their own, they only go so far. The real growth happens when you turn written content into video. Here’s why video wins: ✅ Captures attention in crowded feeds ✅ Builds stronger connections with your audience ✅ Extends the life and reach of your ideas If you’re publishing blogs but not repurposing them into video, you’re leaving visibility on the table. 👉 What’s one blog you’ve written that deserves a second life as a video?

🚨 If you’re not doing video, you’re already behind. While you’re “thinking about it”… Your competitors are showing up on camera. Building trust. Stealing attention. And getting the clients that should’ve been yours. Video isn’t a trend. It’s not “nice to have.” It’s the new standard of communication, credibility, and conversion. Still avoiding it? That’s not strategy — that’s fear. At All In Content, we help Windsor-Essex businesses create months of scroll-stopping, trust-building video content — in just a half-day session.

“My content is trash!” That’s what you’ve been telling yourself. But let me tell you something: If your content has been getting crickets, it’s not because it’s useless. It’s because you still sound like every other expert in your niche. Once you clarify what only you bring to the table, you and your personal brand become magnetic. Here’s what I do to help my clients stand out: I ask them 4 deep questions that shift everything. → Who are you, and what’s your story? → What frustrates you most about your industry? → What others in your field don’t say out loud? → Why do you really want to help people? Because once you dive into the truth of who you are, your content shifts. You no longer sound like a checklist-pushing copy of someone else. You become the kind of expert people don’t just save once and forget, but someone they want to follow, learn from, befriend, and grow with. You build a personal brand that inspires, connects and leads. If you're ready to stop blending in and finally own your story. Let’s talk. 💌

Every piece of content has a job to do. But are you giving it the right role? Your Reels shouldn’t be doing what your carousels are meant to do. And your Stories? They might be the thing you’re overlooking, but they’re often where the real conversions happen. Think of this as your cheat sheet for content with purpose. Not just what to post, but also why it matters. Save this and rebuild with it!

Unpopular opinion: "Content is King" is an incomplete sentence. I've seen too many businesses pour endless hours into creating the "perfect" blog post or video, only to have it sit there with almost no views. The truth? Content is only king if Distribution is its queen. A brilliant article that no one sees is just a diary entry. The real work often begins after you hit publish—promoting it, repurposing it, and getting it in front of the right people. I'd argue a B+ piece of content with an A+ distribution strategy will outperform an A+ piece with a C- strategy every single time. Where do you focus most of your energy: content creation or content distribution? Let's settle the debate. #ContentMarketing #ContentStrategy #MarketingDebate #DigitalMarketing #UnpopularOpinion

A client once told me, “We want our blogs to sound smarter—use bigger words.” I smiled and replied, “Do you want to impress your readers or connect with them?” That’s when it clicked for them. Content isn’t about how complex it sounds, but it’s about how clearly it speaks. In writing, clarity is the new currency. The simpler the message, the stronger the impact. Because when your audience understands you instantly, they trust you faster. Clear words mean clear value and clear growth.

Matt Halloran doesn't want your content to get shadow banned. I don't want you to get shadow banned. And you don't want that either. It's time to get away from the canned and bland and embrace content. This is Matt's take from a recent webinar with Ali McCarthy, Ph.D., Brian Wallheimer and myself.

If your content feels like shouting into the void… 📢 It’s usually because the message is fuzzy. Leads don’t chase noise, they chase clarity. Tell one sharp story that connects, not ten scattered tips.✨ Clear words = clear clients.
